Policy and Objectives
- Zero‑harm objective with risk reduction through formal risk assessments, method statements, and corrective actions.
- Management provides resources, training and supervision; employees apply safe work practices.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Management: system owner, incident management, legal interface, statistical reporting.
- SHE Representatives / Fire‑fighters / First Aiders: area coverage, evacuation leadership, first response, worker consultation.
- Line Management: local risk controls, toolbox talks, permit compliance, contractor oversight.
Site Access, Induction and Conduct
- Access control and sign‑in; safety induction is required before entering production areas; visitors remain accompanied by a TW representative.
- PPE for factory areas: high‑visibility jacket, eye protection, safety footwear (additional PPE as task‑specific).
- Prohibited items include firearms and weapons; walk‑through metal detector at access points.
- Use demarcated pedestrian walkways; do not enter guarded machine zones without authorization.
